Are you a “texture” eater?

For me I love the texture of food.  I just have to have a “crunch” sometimes.   So as I sit here working out my finger typing they are becoming more and more salty…. not because of them sweating but because of the bag of potato chips next to the key board!  Oh no…here it comes.. the guilt of all the, of course, msg free – no artificial colors – no artificial flavors, potato chips I have just eaten.   It seemed like such a good idea when I told myself I would only have one (handful)…..        

*Health Tip*  

 Get the cucumber out of the garden, grab the bag of carrots in the fridge, cut up that apple and munch to your hearts content!!! A friend taught me how to make baked Cauliflower.  Wash the Cauliflower, break it up into bite size pieces and place on baking pan, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper or any other spice you might like and bake in oven at 375 until it is cooked to your liking.  I could have eaten the whole pan! LOVED IT!! 

 Or you will be doing plenty of “crunching” exercises just to make up for that one (handful/bagful) chip(s).
